All your Tesla videos are processed directly in your browser. No video files are uploaded to our servers.
With your consent, Google Analytics / Microsoft Clarity measures audience and Google AdSense displays one advertisement in the loaded clip library. Those services do not receive video files, filenames, GPS positions, vehicle telemetry, events, or searches. If you separately choose Publish on YouTube, the exported video and selected publication metadata are sent directly to Google and YouTube as described below.
Your interface preferences and a separate metadata cache for each selected TeslaCam folder are stored locally in your browser. They are never uploaded to TesClip.
In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
If you create an account, TesClip stores your email address, device sessions, watermark preferences, and technical subscription status. Codes expire after 10 minutes. Videos, files, GPS positions, and telemetry are never sent to the account service.
Videos remain local unless you explicitly choose Publish on YouTube. The selected exported video is then sent directly from your browser to YouTube under Google’s terms and privacy policy; it is never uploaded to TesClip servers. TesClip temporarily identifies the selected channel and uploads the video, then discards the Google access token.
If you buy Supporter access, Stripe (Web) / Apple (iOS) processes the checkout and payment details. TesClip receives and stores the customer and transaction identifiers, plan and payment status needed to grant access, handle renewals and provide support. TesClip does not receive your full card number. Billing records may be retained where law requires. To provide the account, secure payments and handle disputes, TesClip records successful sign-ins, dates of authenticated access, IP addresses and a general browser/device label for up to one year. Acceptance records contain the conditions version, language, exact text, offer, server timestamp and Stripe references, retained during the paid relationship and up to five years afterwards. Videos, images, GPS, browser storage, passwords and authentication tokens are not part of these records.
TesClip uses the YouTube Data API only when you choose to publish an exported video. The youtube.readonly permission reads the selected channel identifier and name so you can verify the destination. The youtube.upload permission sends the video and the title, description, audience, and visibility you selected to that channel.
The exported video and the title, description, audience, and visibility you select are sent directly from your browser to Google and YouTube solely to complete the publication you request. Video bytes never pass through TesClip servers. Only if you separately opt in to the TesClip community does TesClip receive the YouTube video identifier and the publication metadata you chose, under the storage and deletion rules below.
The Google access token and selected channel data stay only in browser memory during authorization and upload; TesClip revokes and discards the token after publication, cancellation, or failure. If you explicitly add the upload to the TesClip community, TesClip stores the YouTube video identifier and public metadata, revalidates and refreshes them at least every 30 days, and permanently deletes that record and its related community activity as soon as you remove it from TesClip. Other valid deletion requests are completed as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days. Removing it from TesClip does not delete the video from YouTube.
You control the channel, video, metadata, audience, and visibility before publication. You can revoke TesClip access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
TesClip uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube publishing, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google processes data under its Privacy Policy.
If you explicitly add a YouTube upload to the TesClip feed, TesClip stores its YouTube identifier, public channel metadata, title, description, duration, visibility, and community activity. The video remains hosted by YouTube. Community members can see your YouTube channel identity. Comment pseudonyms, comments, timecodes, reactions, reports, and moderation records are stored by TesClip. Your email address is never displayed. Removing a video permanently deletes its TesClip record and related community activity but does not delete it from YouTube. Mentions, daily deduplicated views, comment revision history and in-app notifications are also stored. If the owner enables a revocable public TesClip link, anyone with it can watch the YouTube video and see the publisher's TesClip pseudonym, public channel metadata and aggregate counters, but not community comments, other profiles or emails. No notification email is sent.

TesClip is an independent project published by Thibault BAZIN. Contact: [email protected]. Local viewing and export remain free with the TesClip watermark. Supporter access removes that watermark or replaces it with your creator name. It is a digital service, not a donation. Use only recordings you are entitled to process; TesClip is not affiliated with Tesla.
New reference prices are €14.99/year or €24.99 once for lifetime access, including tax, with no trial. The monthly plan is no longer available for new purchases; existing monthly subscriptions continue under their agreed conditions. Stripe may display and charge a local currency: the final amount and currency appear before payment. The yearly plan renews automatically. Lifetime access is a single payment for the lifetime of the service.
You can stop future renewals from My account > Cancel subscription, using the Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Signing out, closing the site or allowing a session to expire does not cancel a subscription. For billing problems, contact [email protected]; this does not limit your right to raise a legitimate dispute.
Where applicable, consumers have 14 days from the contract to withdraw. Send an unambiguous request, with your account email and purchase date, to [email protected]. Accepting these conditions does not waive statutory withdrawal rights or legal guarantees. Supporter access is made available after payment confirmation.

Each purchase is linked to the exact version accepted before payment. Later changes do not alter that record or create acceptance for past purchases. Open payment disputes can temporarily suspend the affected paid access; the free local features remain available. Contact me about an access problem. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
